With studios in Bristol, Totnes and Dorchester, we're embedded in the communities we design for. Our regional presence gives us a strong understanding of local planning policies, landscape, heritage and place, while our connected team shares knowledge and expertise across every project.
For our clients, this means the confidence of working with architects who understand the local context (planning, connections to builders, etc), backed by the experience and resources of a larger collaborative team.

Working ‘barefoot’ means that our buildings minimise their environmental footprint, are in touch with their community, and physically connected to their places.
Our design choices have impacts on a wide range of people and the communities in which they are located. We take this responsibility seriously, and seek to consult with them at all stages. This is to ensure we understand first, and respond with empathy to their perspectives.
To enable collaboration with clients and communities, we use a range of co-design processes and tools to facilitate positive engagement, which enables better outcomes for all parties.
Incorporating shared values is what we do.
